Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Give feedback to management on products and inventory

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
