Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. As a Store Management Trainee, you will supervise daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and implement operational strategies. This role also includes mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values to create a cohesive team culture.
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Implement merchandising strategies and maintain product quality and freshness.
• Manage inventory, conduct cash audits, and monitor store performance against budgets.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
