We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficient cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
