We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat displays of shelves and merchandise.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly with the store management team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
