Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member of our store, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, restock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and participate in store inventory counts.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in using equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
