Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
