Join our team at ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store duties including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document and data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is beneficial.
