Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at an attractive starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support team collaboration.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Skilled in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
