Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and provide feedback on store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
