Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Safe equipment operation and general cleaning skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
