Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays
• Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Assisting in inventory management and monitoring

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to handle customer transactions and inquiries
• Proficient in operating store equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
