Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate the cash register accurately following company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
