Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
