Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards and provides exceptional service to our customers. You will collaborate with your team to merchandise products, assist customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
