Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring efficient operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
