Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers are provided with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding operational feedback.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
