Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the ALDI team.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences to the management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
