Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's inventory is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our shoppers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
