We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with precision and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
