Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative working environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
