Warehouse Stocker - 1st Shift

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturday and Sunday.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
