Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
