1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Assist in improving warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborate and cooperate with team members.

• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
