1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. You will collaborate with warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvement, inspect products for quality, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. This position requires physical activity, operating equipment, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
