Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to efficiency, safety, and quality. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in stock selection, relocation, sorting, and loading in compliance with warehouse guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include warehouse inventory management, maintenance, communication with peers and leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Inspect and consult regarding product quality and safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt and drive for success.
• Efficient in organization and execution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
