1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to stock handling, merchandise organization, and shipment preparation. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
• Skilled in organizational efficiency and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain physical agility and work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
