Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move and handle merchandise, and operate equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and place on pallets.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Stand, sit, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
