1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The role offers up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities will include efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management. You will collaborate with colleagues and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and ensure product quality and safety. The position requires physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
