Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee. We are looking for dedicated individuals to serve in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. With a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the quality they expect.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse processes and assist in meeting budget goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Adhere to company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
