1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the assigned shift and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and working in various temperatures.
