1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). As a Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi, you will be responsible for various tasks including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, cooperating with peers and leadership, and contributing to process improvements. You will collaborate with the team, demonstrate positive attitudes and resilience, drive for success, and organize and execute tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting products up to 45 pounds
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Various physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
• Operating powered industrial equipment
