1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and maintains warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality and reports safety concerns to management.
• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift products up to 45 pounds. • Move merchandise throughout the warehouse. • Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
