Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
