1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and participating in inventory counts. You will cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety. The role requires the ability to work independently within set responsibilities, achieve budget goals, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
