Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. In this part-time role with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a key member of our team, you will relocate merchandise, load shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work effectively in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
