1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
