1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
