1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in the efficient management of stock within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately.
• Move and organize merchandise efficiently.
• Prepare shipments for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
