1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. This full-time position offers competitive wages and a range of benefits. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.
