Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing stock for shipments to our stores. Your responsibilities will include efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
