1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers at Aldi to join our team. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any safety or sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
