We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in preparation for shipment. Additionally, you will be involved in warehouse inventory counts, cleaning duties, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout the warehouse.
