1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our expanding warehouse operations at Aldi. As part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations and contribute to process improvements.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
