Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, this part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
