1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, providing excellent service to our growing customer base.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and management, contributing to process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
