Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise, ensuring strategic organization for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
