Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics.
• Collaborative and positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to adapt and drive success under pressure.
• Efficiently organize tasks and execute with compliance.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Physically fit to move and handle merchandise.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
