1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI as a full-time employee. The average hours are 30-35 per week with the starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM/PM. Currently hiring for Schedule B with various schedule options available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines and follow company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes, striving for success.
• Efficiently organize tasks, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, both indoors and outdoors.
