Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements
