1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. With a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, you will be working fewer than 30 hours a week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures.
